These terms govern your use of the Aetrai website and services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to them.

Services

Aetrai provides AI-powered communication, marketing, and automation services for businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, and terms for your engagement are set out in your order or service agreement. Plans are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed; there is no contract term and no cancellation fee.

How to cancel

Cancel any time, in either of two ways: in the portal go to Billing → Manage subscription (this opens your Stripe billing page, where you can cancel in a couple of clicks with no one to call), or email aetrai.support@gmail.com from the email address on your account. A cancellation is effective the day we receive it; your services keep running through the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is billed. There is no notice period and no fee. If you cancel during a free trial before it ends, nothing is charged. We confirm every cancellation by email within 1 business day.

Automated assistants

Our website chat, text line, and phone lines — and the lines we run for our clients — are answered by AI assistants that identify themselves as such. Conversations may be recorded, transcribed, and reviewed to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The assistants are provided for adults contacting a business on behalf of a home or business and are not directed to anyone under 16. They are not a substitute for emergency or mental-health services — in an emergency call 911, or call or text 988.

Your ownership

You own your domain, phone numbers, customer data, and the deliverables we build for you under a paid engagement, upon payment in full.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our services in compliance with applicable laws, including telemarketing and messaging regulations (e.g., TCPA) and review-platform policies. We do not create fake reviews or suppress legitimate ones.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in (verbally on a call with us, at checkout, or in writing), you consent to receive transactional and account-related text messages from A&P Studio LLC dba Aetrai — for example appointment confirmations, caller-requested follow-ups, and service notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for assistance, or contact us at aetrai.support@gmail.com or (248) 599-0123. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information — mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Referral program

When a business you refer through your Aetrai referral link becomes a paying customer (their first paid invoice, excluding free-trial periods), we apply a one-time $100 service credit to your account and a one-time $100 service credit to theirs. Credits are applied to future invoices only; they have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed or paid out. One credit per referred business. Self-referrals, referrals of the same business or ownership group, and fraudulent or gamed referrals do not qualify, and we may reverse credits obtained that way. We may modify or end the referral program at any time; credits already earned are honored.

Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside any provider's control, and past or projected results are not guarantees. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
